- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like all of our clients to know that we offer, Military discounts, we also offer discounts for our clients who book reoccurring visits for any cleaning service that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to all of our clients before any booked cleaning, to discuss, what exactly the clients needs are. We will also ask if their are are any special requests that we could carry out, it may be particular to a single visit or a permanent add on for reoccurring visit/s. Our goal it to leave your home immaculate, leaving you completely satisfied with our service and willing to recommend our service to your family and friends.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers thinking to hire a cleaning professional, should consider deciding if they require a deep clean, or a standard clean, the square footage of the space and the amount of time required for the cleaning, A few other things to consider would be add ons that usually wouldn't be part of a standard or deep cleaning i.e. a refrigerator cleaning (removing all items in order to clean inside the refrigerator). Oven cleaning (removing the oven racks to clean inside the oven), these are add on or special request and these things need to be considered to ensure that your experience meet or succeed your expectations'.
