- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When clients come prepared with a compelling marketing script, need zero delivery coaching, no royalty free graphics, images, audio or video and their video can be captured in one shot, a one minute or less fully professional HD production can be done for less than two payments of $399! Prices vary according to the depth of connection required to reach the target audience. Questions we need to know are how long is the video? Does the business have a solid marketing script developed complete with offer? Where is the video to be captured? Is there more than one location? Will green screen be used to use special effects or backgrounds behind subject? Will outside talent be needed? If we are featuring business associates what is the extent of delivery coaching? Are we using graphics, photos, music or video already developed by the business? Will the client need royalty free images, sound or video b-roll to avoid legal problems?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Learn about your business and especially the people you serve. 2.) Develop a video script & storyboard. 3.) Coach to the script. 4.) Shoot the video on location or at my studio with green screen. 5.) Produce the message using royalty free video, graphics and audio. 6.) Upload the final video to client or Youtube. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is deep in marketing and coaching. I wrote the book, Sales in a Challenging Real Estate Market. First video was shot for Pulte Homes featuring the founder. It went viral and Pulte Homes became the largerst U.S. homebuilder eventually dominated JD Power in 30 markets. I have a formal marketing degree, studied recording with the Motown legend Robert Dennis, and continue to develop video, audio and editing skills over the last ten years. I worked ten years with the Dale Carnegie Leadership Courses where as a coach I learned to bring out the best in individuals in terms of organizing and expressing their stories, message or presentation. Most clients do not at first realize how critical these skills are to presenting an authentic and credible message. Unless the provider has a big expensive staff who can do marketing, write scripts, coach for delivery and creative production skills then likely this depth of service won't be offered by one person. This is where our value exceeds most any other provider and therefore we offer far more value for every dollar invested.
