Chris is not your typical magic show. Its so much better. His magic leaves you really scratching your head and talking about it after its over. He stumped us all! He was great with both the kids and adults at the party with an awesome friendly demeanor and ability get everyone excited to watch. Chris truly has some talents and we are very very pleased that we chose him for our party. Our party had about 50 people at it about 50% adult and 50% kids. Instead of doing a magic show where everyone watched we took a different approach and instead he went up to small groups of people and drew them in to watch some really great closeup magic. We did this intentionally and asked Chris if he could preform this way. He was exceptional at it. As he walked around a few kids seemed to be attached to him the whole time drawn in by his tricks and friendly approach. He was so good with the kids being sure to keep them entertained and constantly questioning what they saw (or did not see). After the party was over we received a few texts and emails from parents that said they could not stop talking about the illusions they just witnessed. A great performer and a great guy! If you have an event from a party with kids to just adults or even a corporate event. Chris is the perfect addition. Thanks Chris. We hope to have you back at our next big bash! thanks! Chris is a thorough professional and he did an awesome job entertaining the Bday party crowd. He was very responsive to all my queries, came on time and accommodated all my requests. While getting ready for the show, he also gave a sneak peek to the curious kids and then later entertained 20 kids for a very nice magic show. Kids were super excited & attentive during the show as he actively involved most of them in the different tricks. If it wasn’t him, guess all would have been just running around. Chris was able to deliver an engaging and entertaining performance for our Cub Scout Blue and Gold Event pretty much in short notice. He was able to amaze our boys (and the parents too!). We’ve never had a group outing where the boys’ attention was held for any longer than 2 minutes, and Chris was able to do so for the entire length of the show. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am so grateful to be able to perform magic full time. It's such a blessing, but at the same time, because of my full-time status, my rates have to include taxes and fees. With that being said, my clients are guaranteed that they are working with a full-time professional. They know what to expect, and they can count on a great performance as well as a pleasant experience leading up to the event. I am quick to respond to emails and follow up numerous times to confirm that everything will go smoothly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?With all my clients, I make it a point to be as clear and transparent as possible. Leading up to the event, I follow up numerous times via email or phone, whichever my clients prefer, to answer any questions and to make sure that everything is all set for the day of the event. I send my clients a contract to reserve their specific time, and this form can be returned via email or mail. I also require a deposit payment to reserve dates and times. On the day of the event, I send a text or email the moment I leave to head to the event so that my clients know that I am on the way. Transparency and constant communication are very important to my clients, and I make sure I keep them updated at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've found that the best training as a magician comes from performing. The more I perform, the more comfortable I am. I performed 136 shows all throughout New England in 2017 and am excited for what 2018 has to offer.
