Introduction: We offer realistic and effective self-defense classes for adults and teens serving the Greater Cincinnati region. Alongside our classes, we also offer one-on-one and small group personal training. Our JKD program offers students a well-rounded self-protection system and provides exposure to cross-training in multiple arts. Our Silat classes provide fundamentals for empty hand self-defense and handling multiple simultaneous attackers. Our Muay Thai and Wing Chun class provide students with the fundamentals of striking across multiple ranges. The Pekiti Tirsia Kali and Harimau Berantai Silat programs introduce students to weapons work. We offer students personalized training and quality instruction in a safe and positive environment. We love working with people from all walks of life and all skill levels and helping them master physical skills and grow their self-confidence and discipline.

Adult Self-Defense Classes: Single drop-in class: $10 3 days per week: $90/month (Save $54/month) Unlimited: $110/month (Save $202/month, come to as many classes as you like.) Teen Self-Defense Classes: 2 classes per week: $70/month Private Lessons & Personal Training: Single 1-hour session: $40 5 session pack: $180 (save $20) 10 session pack: $340 (save $60)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our self-defense students, we begin with the basics, explaining safe technique and drilling until they become natural and easy. Students move at their own pace and are encouraged to ask questions. One-on-one self-defense lessons are driven by the student's needs and prior experience. For personal training clients, we begin with a health and lifestyle assessment and base our training and recommendations on the client's goals, health considerations, and dietary needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years training in multiple martial arts, including Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Silat, and Krav Maga. I have over 3 years as a NASM certified personal trainer.
