Adult Self-Defense Classes: Single drop-in class: $10 3 days per week: $90/month (Save $54/month) Unlimited: $110/month (Save $202/month, come to as many classes as you like.) Teen Self-Defense Classes: 2 classes per week: $70/month Private Lessons & Personal Training: Single 1-hour session: $40 5 session pack: $180 (save $20) 10 session pack: $340 (save $60)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our self-defense students, we begin with the basics, explaining safe technique and drilling until they become natural and easy. Students move at their own pace and are encouraged to ask questions. One-on-one self-defense lessons are driven by the student's needs and prior experience. For personal training clients, we begin with a health and lifestyle assessment and base our training and recommendations on the client's goals, health considerations, and dietary needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years training in multiple martial arts, including Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Silat, and Krav Maga. I have over 3 years as a NASM certified personal trainer.
