I called Nick on I think it was a Friday evening not even thinking I would get a response until Monday, but he answered and said he would be right out to check things out. (At the time we already didn't have air for a few days in the heat of the summer) He was very quick, very knowledgeable, and was able to start the work on Saturday!! He had to order a special piece for our unit due to how old it was and as soon as he received it he let us know and came out quickly on that Monday late afternoon to fix it. He worked late into the evening to finish everything we were pleased considering the other local hvac people wouldn't even get to us for TWO WEEKS! With a young child that's not an option. So for him to get everything completed so quickly and so professional I am very happy with him. I will always go to him for HVAC work. He even checked up on us a few weeks later to ask how things were doing. I highly recommend!

$50 System tune-ups! $20 per lb for 410a. All other services to be discussed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically call to set up a date an time to meet them and access the issues at hand. Collect their systems information & then get quotes as fast as possible in order to let them decide on what course of action they're going to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
