About this pro
Joel came over to my house to do an estimate on our project. He was friendly and seemed dedicated. He ended up making a suggestion to replace all of my grass which seemed unnecessary, expensive, and something that I never planned on doing. He then conducted a sprinkler diagnosis and charged me $95 which he said he would reimburse if I hired him for the rest of the project. I told him that I would hire him and would like to him to do everything he proposed except new sod and that I would like to split to project into multiple parts. At this point he started being slow to respond to my emails and eventually got back to me saying that he didn't have time for my project anymore... I told him that's fine and to just refund me half of the $95 since he never provided a formal diagnosis report and that I would have to hire someone else do to it over again. He refused and ended up just wasting my time and money in the end. In my eyes this was very unprofessional and a quick money grab for him. I would recommend to avoid this company so the same thing doesn't happen to you.May 3, 2018Verified
