FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes for the most part but there is always something different/extra someone needs to have done. that changes the price sometimes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give a ballpark estimate then try to schedule an appointment to see what is required to do the job. then if nothing change's I will give a written quote. if something extra is needed I adjust & give a written quote at that time. If we agree on everything I set up a time to start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing property preservation for 10 years now I started in Ohio working for a real estate lawyer cleaning out debris, doing minor repairs then doing a complete cleaning on HUD homes that were foreclosed on. Then moved to Michigan where I learned how to do REO (real estate owned) property's .Now I'm in Louisiana where I started doing REO property's but I am looking to work for myself instead of just property management companies.
