FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are regulated by the Florida Bar Rules and in contingency fee cases we always charge as provided by the guidelines dictated by the Florida Supreme Court. Please contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t like to leave any stone unturned. I meet with the client face to face and have an open line of communication from beginning to end of the matter. There are numerous complexities in cases which require sophisticated analysis and an aggressive approach. Certainly, you should always meet with the lawyer and know about their training and experience, including their experience in handing cases similar to yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law for ten years and have tried several cases to verdict. I practice in State and Federal court. I have taken countless depositions, and have appeared at more hearings than I can remember. I utilize my skills and attention to detail to resolve complex issues. For example, from determining who controls a company based on the use of trademarks, to determining who is responsible to maintain a specific property that contributed to an accident based on research and review of title documents.
