About this pro
It has been about 2 months that I have been working with InTotality. They have periodically contacted and reached out to me, complied with every one of my requests, and have been very friendly and helpful. I would describe InTotality as professional and easy to work with.Oct 21, 2016Verified

We have tried multiple times to get in contact with James and he never responded. We tried replying within the quote as well as calling him a couple of times but he never answered. No work was done for the customer. We apologize for any miscommunication and if you are still interested in working with us, please let us know.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our rates are anywhere from $50-$80 per hour depending upon the kind of requirement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? To ensure that our clients web or mobile development projects not only meet their objectives and expectations, but also meet development standards and protocols, we start with a initial meeting via conference calls or in person interviews to understand the scope of the work. We then develop a proposal outlining our understanding of the requirements and present it to prospect client, this proposal contains scope, level of effort in terms of delivery, timeline and cost estimates. once its finalized we start with design, development followed by testing and deployment. To make sure we stay on the same page with the Client, he stays in the loop and has access to the development servers and stays current with latest development.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our Programmers and designers are all professionally trained and need to undergo Training every six months to keep up with the latest technologies.
