What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure that our clients web or mobile development projects not only meet their objectives and expectations, but also meet development standards and protocols, we start with a initial meeting via conference calls or in person interviews to understand the scope of the work. We then develop a proposal outlining our understanding of the requirements and present it to prospect client, this proposal contains scope, level of effort in terms of delivery, timeline and cost estimates. once its finalized we start with design, development followed by testing and deployment. To make sure we stay on the same page with the Client, he stays in the loop and has access to the development servers and stays current with latest development.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The purpose of this Mobile Responsive website and iPad app was to provide The UPS Store (6 locations) with the opportunity to both expand its Student Storage business to a wider range of university students in the Boston area; and to automate all Contract Registration, Storage Item Pick-up/Delivery and Payment between students and The UPS Store. Prior to the development of this system, The UPS Store had been managing over 1,000 accounts via Excel spreadsheet. The new website has significantly expanded business in its first year of use and has reduced the need for staff time in the storage process.

They may not be the lowest bidder, but they will provide the best value for you money.
