I have found Alan Vitelli to be an extraordinary trainer. I saw greater results during the first 3 months with Alan than during the final year with my previous trainer. This is due to Alan’s knowledge of muscle movement, body mechanics and most importantly - his ability to determine the individual limits of his clients. 1 on 1 personal training (30 & 60 minute sessions) = $TBD based on location 2 on 1 personal training (couples) = $100/hour Golf fitness training = $75/hour In-home training - $TBD Home exercise program = $TBD Semi-Private (up to 4 people) = $30/person

Masters Degree, Nationally Board Certified since 2009 and Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. I continue to attend top tier continuing education conferences to increase my knowledge and skill for my patients/clients.
