- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of packages to accommodate your event type and length. If there are any additional services desired we are willing to accommodate your requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client decides to work with us, we like to have an initial consultation phone call. It is at this time that we discuss the needs and desires of the client. We offer our professional opinion about package choices, photo strip or photo card design image count selection and wording. We attemp to accommodate our clients by offering electronic submission of forms and payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an educator and realtor, I interacted with people of all ages. Operating the Photobooth allows me to strip myself of the stress that those professions can sometimes bring with it and have fun with my clients and their guests.
