Justin was excellent. We had a shipment from overseas that was damaged and assembled incorrectly. Justin was very patient, careful and detailed in not only reassembling, but fixing a bed that was badly damaged. My client had nothing but good things to say about Justin and if our client is happy, we are happy. Will definitely use in the near future.
