- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is unique for every event because we focus on the experience and food quality. Our customers come first and we typically price per head. If service is needed their is a extra charge or other features such as tents or rental items. We customize every event to a fair and affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first call will be to access what is required for the event and what your expectations our. Our initial bid is a estimate on what we think it will cost. often we find the price could end up being lower or higher based on what the customer requires. For example if you need tables or chairs and that wasn't in the original price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three lead event staff and support staff. Christopher- Is our executive chief and local food hero. He designs premium dishes for all different tastes and refined palates. He has worked as head chief in exclusive Wedding Halls and currently spends most of his time as a private chief for wealthy seniors. Chris Q- Is our Southington's local restaurateur. He has owned Renaldo's pizza for over 20 years and is a active philanthropist. He is a expert in making American, Italian and Mexican dishes. Kyle- Is the Event Planner and coordinator. His experience is in making sure your event comes out perfect and making a custom event you will love. He was the catering director at Joe Blacks and The Society Room.
