Prior to placing my order I sent pictures of exactly what I wanted (just a name change) to verify Eric could do the job. He said he could. Upon receipt of my shoes, I reminded him again what I wanted (sending the pictures again). What I received was not was described. I notified him and he offered to refund my money. After numerous requests I still have not been refunded and it's been almost 2 months.
