I joined the Leadership Team six months ago to be exposed to like minds wanting to grow in leadership under the Lordship of Christ. Becky's content is really challenging and insightful and I have gotten much more clarity and direction around my own identity and how to get stronger. It's well worth the investment if you are ready to grow into leadership. The spiritual support from the group is unlike anything I've gotten in a typical small group or women's group format.

Becky was the BEST coach I've ever worked with. She was present and full of insight on all of our calls. I always left her calls refreshed and feeling like a fresh wind of God just blew into my life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Leadership Team is $175 per month. If you go through a series I can send you and do all the homework, I will send you a coupon for half off. I do not honor the coupon without the work! My personal coaching is between $500 (two sessions) and $1800.00 (12 sessions). My business coaching is between $1,000 and $5,000 depending on what you need to solve.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted, I ask people at no cost to fill out a very detailed form before I ask them to pay money up front for coaching. I can read this and then know what will be the best fit for them before they spend one dime. I do not take personal clients unless I have seen this form and then at this point I will schedule them for one consult at $125.00. It's a full hour and we will discuss what they need to do for breakthrough and what direction they will go in. If I think that they would be a good fit for my Leadership team, I can send them the link for that and honestly, I have an identity theft for almost a million dollars so I am very careful with people's hard-earned money:)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Criminology. I homeschooled 3 out of 4 of my children, Have church planted with two teams, been a top producer in sales, done TV commercials and am a certified Life Coach with an international business and hundreds of happy clients! I love what I do and hopefully, that shows!
