What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most vendors in our market, we offer our pricing upfront as we know our clients wish to explore all of their options before making a commitment. All of our pricing options and details can be found on our website under the "Shop Packages" tab.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by helping our clients choose a rental package and upgrades that best meet their needs and budget. Once the date is reserved, we can begin the customization process. We start our process by requesting pictures and ideas from your event's theme. From there we help you choose a backdrop, photo template design, props, quotes, etc. that will be used to make your photos unique to your celebration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ashley Heinrich, owner of Bee Visual Events, earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in Secondary Education from Austin Peay State University. (Go Govs!)
