- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a cash discount and have a referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what problems they are experiencing in the customers words first. We consider unique opportunities to further find a focal point desirable for the client. We talk color palette and plant selections. A plan is drawn up in a few days and presented to the client. Final changes approved and start date set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have read books, taken online courses, studied trends, and always emphasize a “work smarter not harder” mentality.
