FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what problems need to be solved and coming up with different ideas, it's not a one size fits all. All of my clients come to me with different levels of knowledge when it comes to accounting and technology. It's up to me to find ways to make fix their problems and make life easier.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk with several bookkeepers get a good idea of what's level of knowledge is out there, you want someone who is a problem solver. Look for someone who will explain their work, so many clients I've spoken with the previous bookkeeper did the work and said nothing. Any good bookkeeper will walk you through your P&L and balance sheet after they're finished and at year end before you go to your CPA. In the end you have to feel confident that you have a handle on your books and only your bookkeeper can give you that.
