- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pronto Appliances charges a trip/diagnostic fee of 75.00 and repair prices based on parts and labor. The trip/diagnostic fee is deducted from any repair rate charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has extensive experience working will all major brands of household appliances - including Samsung, LG and Bosch.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you check power and water (where applicable) to the unit before contacting a repair professional. Often times the unit it self is not defective.
