There were some communication issues and late arrivals which could be improved upon but they fabricated and installed our countertops on time. They also stood behind their product and quickly resolved some issues which we noticed after installation.

All in all they did a great job. They were on time, responsive, professional and do nice work. They installed 2 counter-tops and a backsplash, it looks great. I give them a 5 star rating for their work can craftsmen ship and overall performance. But I have to lower the overall score since one of their employees gave me a discount through thumbtack that he was not authorized to and then they tried to walk it back, we worked it out...

Juan did an amazing job and came to the rescue after a different kitchen company left a project unfinished. Where many turned us down because it was "a small job," Juan was very responsive, thorough, and helpful. He came prepared, on time, took care with his work, explained the process, and cleaned up (a quality some contractors seem to overlook).

They came out and gave me a quote. He advised me he was giving me a higher quote because he didnt want to provide me a lower estimate. He said he was quoting me by adding a small amount to last years price. If the stone was lower when he purchased it he would reduce the over all amount. When the project was done, he told me he measured incorrectly and had to purchase extra stone. He said it was his fault and he would not charge me. When he returned to his shop to run my cc, he called me and told me he was charging me the full price including the amount he under estimated. When i questioned him, he laughed and said, it cost more than i quoted you. I paid it because at the end of the day, a few hundred dollars isnt worth arguing about. However, the initial receipt showed he purchased 170 sq ft of stone. The final receipt showed exactly the same, 170 sq ft but now he charged me more for the stone than he had previously even though he had already added an amount to last years price. Seems shady And not trustworthy. His worker also left a mess in my yard including trash, water bottles, stone in my grass, and a cracked small tree. This business does not know the meaning of customer service and attention to detail. I will use someone else for my other projects.

Hello Adrian good morning we apologize if there was any misunderstandings but we did not over charge you for any extra stone i have emailed you the receipt of the material purchased by the company and you will clearly see that we did not over charge you on the contrary we ate up the extra cost because like you stated it was our mistake.And for the trash that you are speaking off my foreman including myself picked up everything.We apologize if you are not happy with the price and wish you the best on your future projects.
