- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and competitive. There are no surprises or hidden fees, everything is discussed and agreed upon upfront, following a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It truly is a must that I sit down and talk with them on what they want and what their goal is in the end. I need to look at the face shape and skin. If it's hair, I need to see the texture, length, and figure out how I will achieve the goal at hand. Pictures are truly the best way to show me what you want.
