- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the severity of the charge and the complexity of the case. My rates are reasonable in all cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client typically comes in for a free consultation. I review the complaint and let them know whether the case should be taken to trial, suppression filed, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to Harvard every year for a four day seminar in DUI Defense. I am the Pennsylvania Delegate for the National College for DUI Defense.
