I made an appointment 10 days in advanced. I texted the night before to confirm. They had no idea who I was. I called the day of at a little after 12, I had a 1pm appointment. I was then told that they were at the animal hospital with their pet, and was asked how may times I was gonna call and text about my appointment. Terrible customer service. I will not patronize this business.
