I've seen them at every Neshaminy mall show... The performers always stay in-character, the costumes are beautiful, they make an effort to involve both girls and boys in the fun... Very professional, I highly recommend!

The characters Anna and Elsa appearing to the birthday was great and made my daughters birthday special.however the agreed package in contract is not what actually took place. For example:story time with characters. I would have rated them 3 but when I reached out to them after the party about the same I never heard back.its not value for money you pay.
