I would happily recommend Garrett to do a job in my house again. More than his ability to get the job done, is his honesty and integrity. Any home renovation can be stressful but when you are dealing with a reputable contractor that treats you fairly, it makes all of the difference. Garrett was always willing to break things down for me and to give different options. He was also easy to get in touch with and always returned my calls promptly.

Garrett has been the one and only contractor for my entire family since he started his business in 1998. To date he has done kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, light fixtures, appliance installation, flooring and even roofing for us. He has always been polite, professional, trustworthy and always finishes projects in a timely manner. I highly recommend GRD contracting for new construction and remodeling

Working with GRD contracting was an easy choice. I had requested he come out to look at my stairs on a Saturday morning and he was very responsive. He said 9 a.m. and was there at 9 a.m. we talked about the color banister we were thinking of and asked Garret for his professional opinion. He swayed us to go with a wood railing and white spindles. It came out better than we anticipated. Garret was done in less time than he anticipated and did a great job. He left our house clean and without debris. I've had other contractors leave a mess behind but Garret left our home the way he found it. I highly recommend GRD contracting for any finish work that you may need done. His professionalism was unique and it showed me a lot about his character. Thanks for a great experience GRD contracting!

Had leaky roof on my basement entrance that needed to be fixed. Garrett from GRD contracting called back immediately, showed up the next day and gave me an estimate for the work that was right where I thought it should be. The quote included a provision for TBD additional cost if there is hidden water damage, whcih was totally fair given the water leak. He scheduled the work within one week of receiving the signing proposal - delivered the stock ahead of time, showed up on time, systematically (and without making a mess) took down the leaking roof , which exposed water damage under the siding of the house. We discussed the issues and agreed on the new cost (again reasonable in MHO). The crew finished on time - work quality was very good with quality materials. After he painted the replaced siding I could not tell where the new and old siding met. I will hire GRD contracting again for my next project.

Update 1/2/19: It has been a month since GRD installed a new doorway and not only does it look great, but the extra mile GRD took to waterproof the area around the door has literally stopped the water that was seeping into my basement!
