Approved member of Showing Time & 4-Rivers Assoc of Realtors, CTXMLS, TX Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors. -Inspections scheduled: Monday-Saturday, typically at 10 am or 2 pm, but will work with your schedule. I take time to walk the home with you, answer questions and educate you. Quality rather than quantity oriented. Full detailed report including digital pics & instrument readings, emailed as .pdf within 24 hours or less - usually same day. -Pricing based on square footage & age of the home. Joe did an amazing job for our inspection. He found out 2 very important issues that were supposed to be fixed before closing. He was very thorough and even the construction manager appreciated his skills and attention to detail. Both Joe and Lisa are very responsive and we are very glad to have worked with them before our closing.
