FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs can typically be priced by quote ahead of the work. Some work may require a time and materials pricing structure. This might be required if the scope of work or difficulty is unknown ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the location of the work to discuss the details. This allows me to assess the work and the building to be able to provide the most accurate cost for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed master electrician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have completed 600 hours of electrical code training and receive regular updates when new electrical code is issued.
