- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is different I want to provide my customers with a free estimate to make sure they are given a fair and accurate price. Larger jobs may require a deposit We do provide military discounts and discounts for first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate depending on if it is a larger job or not we have the customer pay a deposit and schedule the work from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grown up in this industry and have well over 20+ years of experience.
