- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call fees varies based off service request, We Strive to not upsell or apply any hidden charges on your final bill. Customer has the right to cancel for any reason within 72 hrs of project date. If canceled after this date only charge will be for materials paid for for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best start for any new customer if a phone call. My wife and I are the only ones who answer the phone and can give you the most accurate information as soon as possible. A general ballpark quote can be generated over the phone in most cases. Bigger projects that require measurements and finer details we offer a free in home consultation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Got started in the U.S Army cleaning chow hall and many other floors. When I got out of the army an incredible opportunity came to me to run a carpet cleaning franchise business for someone. Later on he closed down and Torah Cleaning Services was born! My wife and I began developing our own exclusive 100% natural carpet cleaner. We ended up developing Natural Clean, one of the most versatile and effective carpet cleaners on the market! Best of all it has no soaps or harsh chemicals. Everything is natural! A few years past and customers were falling in love with this product! They were like 100's of product testers cleaning everything. Time and time again my wife and I were being ask if we cleaned houses or telling us we should start cleaning house with this product. In 2015 we launch our eco friendly maid service and handy man services and started with a bang! The maid service and Natural Clean was a hit.
