FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to have a standard pricing system in this industry. We have a set hourly rate if the client prefers, but most clients prefer to know exactly what they are paying. When we quote a job we hold to our quote(unless major unforseen issues can not be seen upfront) This often means we make less on a job than originally thought. We believe our word is our bond and that theory has never failed us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We engage the client to determine their needs. We provide references and knowledge about our company. When the client feels comfortable with our ability's we set out to do the task at hand. We timely, and quality workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of our associates has a BS in business administration. This allows us to have knowledge about pricing, and our bottom line so that we can quote responsibly. 2 of us have been doing masonry and carpentry for 30+ years. Our fourth associate has worked in the construction field for nearly 20 years. With our combined knowledge and skill set there is not a job we have faced that we were unable to do.
