- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a standard pricing system for many of the services that we offer. Due to the fact the we offer numerous services to better facilitate the needs of our customers, we ask that you call to inquire about standard pricing for any of your service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our process begins with a phone conversation to establish a basis of what our customer needs, and to schedule a free in home consultation, where our trained tech can speak with the customer to determine their exact needs. Once we have a solid understanding of the direction our customer wishes to go, we can put together a cost friendly plan of action to help our customers reach their goals, and exceed their expectations. At the end of the day, our primary responsibility is to help our customers turn their house into a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professionals have an extensive background in the various home improvement services that we offer to our customers. We ensure that all technicians are properly trained in the service roles that are skill specific to each tech. We also strive to follow the best safety practices and training programs in the industry, so that our techs can create a safe working environment for themselves as well as our customers.
