- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For both fencing and lawn care I use a standard pricing system to keep it fair and consistent with all my customers. However there few exceptions which might effect pricing ie. steep hills or access difficulties to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to travel to the customers address and provide a free estimate after reviewing needs. Occasionally, we are able to provide an estimate without going to the property by using the address and measuring the sqft via computer software.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Through out my youth I worked for many Professional lawn care companies as well a fencing company owned by my uncle. In 2006 I joined the United States Navy and still active duty to this day. In 2015 I purchased a fencing company that had been established and operating since 1984, I rebranded the company as my own and that is how Patriot Lawn and Fence, LLC was born. I seen the opportunity to help my fellow veterans and a way to give back to those who have given life and limb to protect the freedoms we all so dearly love by hiring ONLY Back ground checked Honorably discharged Military Veterans and donating a portion of proceeds to Navy SEAL Foundation.
