I find this varies case by case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an introductory phone call to make sure that our goals are aligned. After that I like to work on the specifics of the plan, and gain approval from the client. From there I often work on the project and conduct check ins with the client to make sure we are on track until the project is completed and goals are achieved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Wake Forest University and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree. My focuses of study included: Psychology, Business, and Spanish. I have over 9+ years in Marketing and Sales working in the following industries: Saas (Software as a Service), Technology, Executive Coaching, and Luxury Brands.
