- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gateway Tech offers free diagnostics of all devices brought in. Once the diagnosis is complete, we will inform the customer of the final price required to fix the issue. Usually, the labor cost will be around $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a request is processed, our technicians perform a free diagnosis on the device needing repairs. The technician will discuss all of the options with the customer and they will decide which is best for them. If hardware is needed, we will purchase it and install/repair the device in order to satisfy the customer's needs!
