I own several pieces of investment property around the greater Boston area. Tony and the team at Value Construction have been a trusted resource for all my property management needs. Tony is very responsive to all of my needs and very often will recommend solutions that are more effective and less expensive. Most recently, Tony and team renovated (2) apartments that I was preparing to market for rent. The work was done on a timely basis, at a competitive price with a high level of quality. Tony and the team also renovated several bathrooms in another rental property. The work here was outstanding and significantly increased the market rent that I was able to receive in the market. My tenants could not have been more thrilled with their newly renovated bathrooms. Tony has clearly been my go to vendor for all my property management needs over the last 10 years. You know I have always heard that, you get what you pay for, and in this case that was so so TRUE. I asked Tony from Value Construction to receive, deliver, and install, a sauna for me. I needed to trust him to receive, he needed to arrive when he said, and install properly. OUTSTANDING....all done perfectly...!!
Tony recently started on Thumbtack so not a lot of history on here...but he is very skilled at building houses, down to installing saunas.
I will for sure have him out again and will share his info with my friends. Thank you Tony, I appreciate all that you accomplished.

PS I had other bidders who were cheaper but in this case, I wanted experience and customer service!wish I could give this guy a 10 not just a 5.

They were great. They were here on time and did outstanding work. They were very pleasant and I would hire them over and over again. If anyone needs anything done in their home, you need these guys.

I was so very stressed with moving and having to get rid of a basement full of junk... Let me tell you! These guys worked fast and efficiently and totally destressed my day! They are the way to go! Add to that, the fact that they were by far the most reasonably price! I can not thank them enough!
