We had JOTS do our carpets. The previous owner chose off white which isn't such a great idea with 2 kids! We do clean them regularly. I've used other companies (usually ones offering a Groupon or something) and we have done it ourselves. This time we decided to try JOTS. Not only were they affordable, but the look of the carpets is better than any other cleaning. They were able to get out a discoloration that we have been frustrated by for years! The crew that came arrived exactly on time, were friendly and explanatory and left no mess whatsoever. They were great with the kids (who love to watch the machines) and thoughtful of our pets. I will definitely be a repeat customer when it's time to clean them yet again!

Sean came out to clean my carpets and did an amazing job. I was used to seeing guys use a metal wand to clean and was really impressed when he started cleaning with what he told me was a rotary machine. I've never seen my carpets come out so clean. I've been using them for 2 years now.

We had a sewer backup in our basement, and our plumber recommended Johnny on The Spot for the clean up. Amanda was very professional and communicated extremely well throughout the process.
They came out immediately, at the exact time they promised, quoted fair pricing, and completed the work in a competent and professional manner.
All of our stuff was moved with care, cleaning and disinfecting was very thorough.
Working with this crew was the bright spot in an otherwise horrific experience. I would recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.
