My beautiful daughter helps out working in the office. This company is based on family, trust , and love. We will make sure we take care of you the way we would our own family. We hired Family Heating to come out and do a routine cleaning and inspection of our unit. We notice the burners needed cleaning so we were confident a good cleaning would help. Thad from Family Heating answered the call with a very reasonable price and was able to fit us into his schedule. It was lucky for us he did as he found a very dangerous carbon monoxide leak. Since our unit was the original since we purchased our home 20 years ago, repair wasn't an option as many parts were just rusting out. He gave us a great quote and installed asap. What a great result from the worse news ever. Very satisfied. Recommending to my daughter. If he hadn't come asap this could have turned out badly as our grand baby was spending the night. We would never have known.

Thad and his Son Kyle came to my house to replace a furnace and AC unit. These guys are educated about what they do, and waste no time getting the job done. As well as keeping your house clean. Family Heating and Cooling is the only HVAC contact I need. Thank you guys!!!!!

I had a major problem with an on demand gas hot water heater, I wasn't getting any hot water ! After getting an ear full from my shivering wife and daughter, and after contacting Thad of Family Heating and Cooling through Thumbtack, Thad showed up the next day as promised. He took a look at my ancient unit and gave me several options and his opinion on what would work best within our budget. Basically he took it apart and cleaned the soot off of it put it back together, gave it a blessing then lo and behold ! Hot water again. All kidding aside, Thad did a terrific job, professionally and at a fair price. He even cleaned up after himself. You can't ask more from a contractor. I will definitely have him service my HVAC needs in the future and highly recommend his services. Thanks Thad.

Very knowledgeable regarding our heating system. Thad made a service call, told me exactly what needed to be done and told me what the minimum cost would be which I felt was reasonable. I hired him to do the job and he showed up the next day. Very pleased with the work he and his son did for us. I think he went above and beyond what HAD to be done. Very professional and explained everything. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we work off of a national flat rate program but all service calls are $59.95 as well as clean and checks. Duct cleanings are $259.95 for a one system home including the dryer vent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at FAMILY offer 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE and get to all customers as fast as we are able to!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all EPA certified as well as Mitsubishi ductless certified and factory trained. We are also factory trained on all major brands for furnaces and air conditioners but are a full YORK dealer.
