- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in $0 packages which start at $34.99/month (including a 36 month guaranteed fixed rate). Most of the systems we install are full color touchscreen panels and come with remote access from your smart phone or internet enabled device. A lifetime warranty covering parts and labor are included on every package adding peace of mind coverage for all of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial 10-minute consolation via phone, we will email you a personalized quote covering the services you have requested. Once the terms have been accepted, we then email a formal agreement to your requested email address. We then send a technician to your home at your convenience to install and demonstrate how to use your new additions. The entire process can be completed in a matter of hours (rather than days) if needed.
