- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sweeps an appointment is made over the phone. For liner, stoves and masonry a free in-home consultation is scheduled to evaluate the job. The customer then receives a written estimate. All of our insurance information is always offered to every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We send our lead technicians to get certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America to ensure that they are aware of all new codes. With this certification the employee must continue their education by earning educational credits throughout the year. We also have in house training with our distributors when new products come out. All employees attend at least one event where educational seminars are given.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers are hard working citizens of Connecticut. We have also worked with plumbers, electricians and contractors on remodels and new construction.
