I have been a client of Rodger's for going on a year now and I am not sure how I was managing my fitness life before him. Well thats a lie....I do know how - I just was not. I have never been a healthy eater and I always lacked heavily in the motivation area when it came to working out. Rodger holds me accountable for each workout and pushes me to be a better version of myself. You aren't just getting a trainer with Rod, you are getting a life coach, a nutrionist and a pillar of support. Rod is flexible with his clients which works perfectly with my chaotic work schedule. My bad eating habits have slowly diminished over time and my muscle definition is showing through. I can honestly say I never imagined either of those happening, but then I started going to Rodger for my healthy lifestyle needs.

Rodger is a remarkable person and trainer. He's patient and attuned to my needs and capabilities. He asks questions to clarify how a body is responding and pushes you to challenge yourself without pushing you too far. I highly recommend him for personal training.
