I could not be happier with the response I got from PureDry. They were at my home within 45 minutes of my call and set up all the drying equipment that was needed to dry my kitchen. After they removed and took away the remnants of my flooded floor, they came by every single day to test how well the drying process was working. Kurt, Jason and the entire team were incredible and later I learned that for the past five years, I had been hiring their sister company PureClean to clean my carpets. We had Puredry come out to our house to remove and dry the mess that had A cured from a busted pipe in our basement. We had about 6" of water in our basement and pretty much ruined everything. Ben and one of his techs came out and started working right away. We appreciate there quick reaction time, expertise and the care they put into our disaster. They still contact us every once in a while to make sure that we do not smell any dry rot or mold. Our project is finished. We definitely recommend Puredry for any issues like we had.Dec 26, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We use xactimate - which is an industry standard pricing system used by all insurance carriers and water damage service companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we complete an on-site analysis. We use thermal imaging cameras and other moisture detecting software to properly inspect the building materials. With this data, we are able to determine the best course of action and advise the client on which path to take.
