Single Session $60.00 8 Sessions 2X/ per week for 4X/weeks $400.00 ($50.00 Per Session) 12 Sessions 3X/ per week for 4X/weeks $540.00 ($45.00 Per Session) 16 Sessions 4X/ per week for 4X/weeks $$640.00 ($40.00 Per Session) All packages include a free consultation, movement screening, body analysis before package begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process of having a success program and getting the results you are aiming for, is to get a better understanding of where you are right now which begins with the Enhanced Body Consultations, body analysis and movement screening. From the consultation and movement screening, I will design a fully customized monthly program for each client highlighting what they are training to accomplish, and what area's need flexibility, mobility, or stabilization. All packages include a free consultation, movement screening, body analysis before package begins. If client is only purchasing 1 to 4 session, a phone consultation will be scheduled to get a better understanding of what client is trying to accomplish, physical exercise history, and nutritional habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with NASM (The National Academy of Sports and Medicine) for Personal Training. I am continuing my education with NASM with the Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Fitness Nutrition Specialization. I have a 20 year background in Martial Arts experience and 12 total years of competing serves types of martial arts. For ex: Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Jit Jitsu, and Juda. 20 years Tae Kwon Do Experience 8 years of Boxing and Kickboxing Experience 7 years of MMA Fighting Experience 8 years of Brazilian Jit Jitsu Experience 2 years of Judo Experience
