Jason did a phenomenal job cleaning the window AC unit in my NYC apt!!! He responded right away, and arrived promptly the next morning at the time we agreed on to pick up the AC. He came in wearing an N95 mask and gloves, and put shoe covers on as well - super impressed with the approach to safety since that was a concern of mine. He made quick work of uninstalling my AC - which had been bolted onto the window - and took it offsite for a thorough cleaning with industrial strength cleaner. In less than 2 1/2 hours, he brought back a sparkling clean AC! Gone was the black dirt/mold that had been inside the unit - it’s like having a brand new AC!!! He reinstalled the AC and even applied fresh caulking around the window frame so it had a tight seal. Super professional A+ work! And it saved me the hundreds of dollars extra it would have cost me to buy a new AC. I would highly recommend JMK&M to anyone who is looking for any type of AC installation, cleaning, maintenance or repair!!

I provide installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance services. Quotes are provided on a case by case basis after a brief assessment is concluded. All quotes are broken down per hour, cost of parts or by a predetermined agreed upon flat rate. Please inquire about maintenance agreements.
