Carroll Farms LLC/Alpha and Omega dog training

Introduction: For the last 6 years I was head dog trainer and managed the kennel. We did basic obedience advanced obedience service stocks puppy molding and potty training. The woman that had trained me had a full-time job so I was there doing the work myself seven days a week she helped me out on weekends if I had trouble with service dogs or a difficult dog but I basically did everything I work seven days a week I lived there and my job is basically 24 seven if I was potty training a puppy I would wake up for hours around the clock I'm used to taking care of large groups of dogs when I first started we used to train for dogs at a time and by the time we ended it was 12 or more . I live on the premises I had my own apartment it was small but working seven days a week and having to be home every four hours to take the dogs out I had gotten to be a little too much after six years because I had no Life except for my work and I did love my work by seven days a week with out ever having a day off just got to be too much after six years I'm a very good dog trainer and I'm gifted and being able to tell which dogs can go out together in the kennel in which dogs get along . I'm a hard worker and I think that if you hired me I would be an asset to you because of the amount of hours I worked and I have small dogs and if dogs were in for boarding and not in for body potty training I would let them sleep with me and my dogs. Of course they were these were regular customers who asked for that and that's why we got the repeat business was because I cared for everybody's jobs as if they were my own . I love dogs and have been working with dogs before I learned training I used to work for breeders and I've been doing it for over 15 years and when I was younger I worked for a dog groomer I'm not certified in dog grooming and it's been many years since I've done that but I love working with the dogs I love the training and I treated every dog that came through as if they were my own I'm a caregiver and I believe you can be an alpha without being aggressive. I love dogs and I don't see myself doing anything else besides working with dogs I also have worked with horses over the years to not so much in training but Iin other aspects have the same horse job for the last nine years well I was training dogs but then when we got so busy I had to cut my days down from seven days a week to four. I also like teaching the clients what the dog has learned under my care and the excitement on the clients faces seeing what we taught their dogs made it all worth while. I love training and boarding dogs and there is nothing else I want to do!
