Matt helped fix a leaking sprinkler last September. All seemed well, but when I went to turn on the sprinklers a few weeks back, there was an obvious crack and water began leaking. I called Matt over two weeks ago and he said he would come out and fix it. I’ve gotten at least 4 different excuses as to why he’s been unresponsive to my texts and calls (usually a few days apart, assuming he’ll get back to me). To date, I haven’t heard from him since last Wednesday when he assured me he’d come out first thing Friday morning. In short, while Matt was initially very helpful, I found his work sub-par and his customer service extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend working with him.
