- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three pricing standards. We charge by the hour, or combine hours for a month at a reduced rate and also offer a retainer pricing scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet normally first with a potential client by phone or video phone and discuss their needs, concerns, goals, etc. We determine together whether our consulting would be beneficial to help them reach their goals. We then set a schedule of how often we meet and work together. My relationship is one of becoming a trusted advisor.
