- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet with the potential customer to review the work that is being requested. During this process, the customer will have the opportunity to show and tell us about what there needs and expectations are. After this is done a formal quote will be given to the customer work that will be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2006 I worked as a grounds maintenance worker for a golf course. During my employment, I learned various aspects of horticulture including proper methods of turf maintenance.
