- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable. We have very low overhead so we are able to pass those savings on to you. We do offer discounts to seniors, non-profits and other small businesses. We offer payment plans and can provide some discounted and free services based on your needs, budget or financial restrictions. Administrative Support - $18hr Website/WordPress - $18hr Social Media Management- $18hr E-campaigns - $20 per campaign + $18hr setup/design Marketing - $18hr Website Hosting (unlimited)- $97 annually Notary - $10 per signature per document (plus travel .35 - .40 cents per mile**)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our relationship by chatting via email about your desires, goals and budget. We ask questions and work on coming up with a plan of action to get your project done. We ask questions to get answers. we answer questions (and encourage them) so you know what's going on and work to help you understand the process and terminology. If you want to know - ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an artist for a lifetime, a geek for over 35 years and blossomed into my own business 17 years ago or so. I am currently working to get my BS in Marketing Management which I will promptly followup with a Masters in Business. I know about business - from bookkeeping to taxes to marketing and your target audiences. In addition to a lifetime of being me, I have proactively sought out more information and courses to ensure I understand people and how they pick their products and services.
