- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I charge $20/hour + the costs of ingredients. The longer the lesson, the better the value. I want the customer to know I’ll ensure that they are satisfied with their learning experience or they only pay for the costs of the ingredients and my travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer and get to know them before getting to work. I am always willing to talk, text or email prior to a meeting or session. I believe in a tailored, personal instructional experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I taught culinary arts in a high school setting for over 13 years and also taught ServSafe food safely for 10+ years.
