- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 day per week of in person training with up to 3 additional workouts programmed for you to perform independently - In Person Training Once a week we will meet and perform a workout. This also gives me the opportunity to see if you are able to complete the exercises safely with proper mechanics which will limit the risk of injury - Independent Workouts You will receive up to 3 custom workouts which you will perform by yourself. All Independent Workouts will be provided through a free app, available on your Apple or Android device. Your custom workouts will have a video demonstration of all exercises, set, repetitions, weight, and rest intervals. Depending on your specific goals, MOST of your workouts can be performed at home with little to no equipment. This deal runs for $250/4wk, but I am having a 20% discount Discounted Price $225/4wk I make home appts and provide nutrition counseling to accommodate the exercise program
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to start working with a new client, I must first understand what your specific goals are and assess your current fitness level. Workout programs are designed to meet your specific goals and enhance your activities of daily living.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate from American Academy of Personal Trainers. AAPT’s curriculum is thorough, consisting of 150 hours of classroom lectures and 150 hours of hands-on equipment training.
